AI/ML Engineer
Design and build multi-agent orchestration systems for legal reasoning. You will work on task graph execution, agent coordination, extended thinking integration, and prompt caching optimization. Experience with the Claude API, multi-agent architectures, or autonomous systems is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable building systems where correctness and provenance matter more than speed.

Build the platform infrastructure that powers Themis. This includes production API services, state management, observability systems, and deployment infrastructure. Our stack includes TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Cloudflare Workers, and Docker. You will work across the full stack from database persistence to frontend interfaces, with a focus on reliability and performance at scale.

Shape the legal reasoning capabilities of the Themis platform. You will define practice-area workflows, validate agent outputs against professional standards, develop jurisdiction-specific rule sets, and ensure that every system output meets the bar required for attorney review. Litigation experience is required. Experience with legal technology is valuable but not required -- we will teach you the AI side.
