Scott founded Themis to build the AI infrastructure that the legal profession needs but does not yet have. His work is focused on the intersection of multi-agent systems, legal reasoning, and the rigorous standards that litigation demands -- provenance tracking, jurisdiction awareness, and the principle that every AI-generated artifact must be designed for human review before it reaches a courtroom.
